Workflow (fast track)
- tiktok.gyxen.com/register — fill name, email, password, and required fields.
- Confirm your email via the verification link. Account review typically takes about 30 minutes.
- business.tiktok.com — register a TikTok Business account.
- Gyxen Media — link your TikTok Business account, add product links, and complete top-up after review (often about 4–5 hours; contact support for urgent cases).
- In the system, choose Connect to link TikTok For Business, accept permissions, verify email, then name your Business Center and timezone.
- Wait for TikTok to approve the ad account (often about 4–5 hours). Check status under My ad accounts.

In the Payment tab you can add funds via credit card, Payoneer, PayPal, or USDT. Follow on-screen steps: choose method, enter amount, complete transfer, then submit transaction ID and proof where required. For USDT, use the exact coin, network, wallet address, and amount shown (do not round).

Refund & autopayment
Gyxen can refund available Gyxen balance for reasonable requests when policies are met; pause campaigns and withdraw ad balance to Gyxen before refund where applicable. Service fees already incurred are not refunded. A full refund applies only if no TikTok ad account was granted yet. Processing is typically 1–5 business days plus 10–15 days to appear on your payment method.
Auto top-up: when ad balance hits your threshold, funds move from Gyxen balance to the ad account per your settings. You can change or disable this anytime.
Policies & terms
- Fine policy (summary): serious violations (for example trademark or copyright abuse) may lead to account revocation and penalties per Gyxen rules; customer-fault suspensions may involve compensation (for example USD 200) as determined by Gyxen.

Affiliate: earn commissions via your tracking link — revenue share on subscriptions and ad spend per program rules. Payouts typically from USD 100 threshold via PayPal (automatic where enabled); USDT and Payoneer may be manual — contact your representative.
Partnership: Gyxen offers sub-agency and country manager style programs with training, platform access, and tailored commercial terms. Apply via Gyxen sales channels; the team follows up in 1–2 business days.
